Where to Stay in Guadeloupe: La Creole Beach Hotel & Spa
La Creole Beach Hotel & Spa hotel was my home during my recent trip to Guadeloupe. The hotel is conveniently located between Basse-Terre and Grand-Terre (the two wings that make up the island’s famous butterfly shape), within an hour of most of the island’s tourist destinations. It was the perfect place to come to at the end of a busy day of exploring.

The hotel complex includes a small sandy beach, a beautiful pool that looks out on the ocean, a fitness center, a gift shop, a sauna and spa, three restaurants, and a bar. The hotel’s rooms, which offer sea or garden views, are clean, modern, and filled with lots of natural light. The breakfast buffet was great as well – they offer a wide selection of pastries, juices, fruits, yogurts, omelets. Even a very picky eater will find something they’ll enjoy.
In addition to all of the above, the hotel offers scuba diving and jet ski experiences, kayaks and snorkeling equipment for rent, and an entertainment program for the evenings – live music playing in the lobby, dance performances, and night markets to name a few. They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and fun.
